Getting Started How do I create my BioForge page?

Sign up with your Google or Discord account, choose a unique username (e.g. bioforge.click/@yourname), then use the dashboard to add blocks, customize your theme and publish. The whole process takes under 5 minutes.

Getting Started Can I change my username after signing up?

Yes — go to Settings → Profile and update your username. Note that your old URL will stop working immediately, so update any links you have shared.

Getting Started Is BioForge free?

Yes, the Free plan is free forever with up to 5 blocks. Upgrading to Creator or Pro unlocks unlimited blocks, custom domains, advanced analytics and more.

Getting Started How do I share my page?

Your public URL is bioforge.click/@username. Copy it from Settings, generate a QR code, or share directly to X, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms from your dashboard.

Blocks What is a block?

A block is any element on your page — a link, heading, video embed, live-stream card, countdown timer, product, donation button and more. Blocks are draggable, togglable and fully customisable.

Blocks How many blocks can I add?

The Free plan allows up to 5 blocks total. Creator unlocks 20, and Pro gives unlimited blocks. Premium block types (live-stream, countdown, donation…) require Creator or above.

Blocks Can I reorder my blocks?

Yes — drag and drop blocks in the editor to reorder them. Changes are auto-saved.

Blocks What is the difference between a link block and an embed block?

A link block displays a title, optional thumbnail and a URL — your visitor clicks through. An embed block renders external content (YouTube, Twitch clip, Spotify, etc.) inline on your page without leaving it.

Billing How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to Dashboard → Upgrade or visit the Pricing page. You will be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout. Upgrades take effect immediately.

Billing Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — cancel from Settings → Billing. You keep Pro features until the end of your billing period, then downgrade to Free automatically.

Billing Where are my invoices?

All invoices are in Settings → Billing → Invoices and also emailed to you automatically by Stripe after each charge.

Billing Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 7-day refund on first-time upgrades. After that, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel to stop future charges. Email billing@bioforge.click for help.

Custom Domain Which plan includes custom domains?

Custom domains are available on the Pro plan and above.

Custom Domain How do I connect my domain?

In Settings → Custom Domain, enter your domain and follow the DNS instructions. Add a CNAME record pointing to cname.bioforge.click. Propagation typically takes 1–24 hours.

Custom Domain Is HTTPS included?

Yes — SSL is provisioned automatically for your custom domain via Let's Encrypt. No extra configuration needed.

Custom Domain Can I use a subdomain like link.mysite.com?

Absolutely. Create a CNAME for link.mysite.com pointing to cname.bioforge.click, then enter it in Settings.

Technical Issues My page is not loading. What should I do?

First check our Status page for any ongoing incidents. If all systems are operational, try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R) or clear your browser cache.

Technical Issues My analytics seem off. Why?

Analytics are updated every hour. Ad blockers and privacy tools (uBlock, Brave shields) may filter some requests, so counts can be slightly lower than actual traffic. Bot traffic is filtered automatically.

Technical Issues I cannot log in with my OAuth provider.

Make sure cookies and third-party redirects are allowed in your browser. If the issue persists, try an incognito window or a different browser. Contact support if you are still blocked.

Technical Issues Why is my embed not showing?

Some platforms (Twitter/X, certain news sites) block iframe embeds. Check that the URL you entered is a supported embed type. See the full list of supported embeds in our docs.

API & Integrations How do I get an API key?

API access is available on the Pro plan. Once upgraded, generate your key from Settings → API. Keep it secret — treat it like a password.

API & Integrations What can I do with the API?

You can read and update your profile, manage blocks (create, update, reorder, delete), fetch analytics data, and automate content updates. Full reference in the API docs.

API & Integrations What are the rate limits?

The API allows 300 requests per minute per key. Exceeding this returns a 429 Too Many Requests. Contact us if you need higher limits.

API & Integrations Can I use the API to power a live auto-update?

Yes — the live-auto-update feature on Pro uses the same endpoints. You can push updates programmatically (stream title, viewer count, product stock…) and they reflect on your page within seconds.
